to find diamonds press f3 on keyboard and you have to dig down untill level 6 or 12

La mejor forma, es con el X-ray, un mod que sirve para ver todos los minerales que hay bajo el suelo. Saludos

diamond or what
tugberk69 posted 6 years 18 weeks ago
Best way is to find a chasm and walk along the bottom of it. There's usually diamond near lava, although it's mostly just random after a certain depth.

I know a real easy way, but it will ruin the fun so i don't recommend it. If you can't use any slash commands because you are on a multi-player server or something what you can do is open up your terrain.png and change the stone graphic there into a almost transparent texture (leave some black around the edges of the graphic or you won't know stone from air).

What happens then is when you come up on stone in game you can see right though it. You will be able to see nodes of resources from far away, but be aware that since there isn't any light shining on them they will show up as black squares. You'll have to dig to them in order to see what it is.

What? lol what does aesthetic mean:P
catperson posted 6 years 34 weeks ago
herpderp it seems so aesthetic, since the block won't have the properties of diamond.

    Thanks!
catperson posted 6 years 34 weeks ago
that actually seems pretty easy :P

  • with my experience digging 5-8 levels above bedrock is where you find them the most if your run into lava its a good sign cause that usually means your close to some :)

    You use the /give command.
    -
    Basically, type /give [yourname] 57
    -
This tells the Minecraft server to give you a block of Diamond. You must replace "[yourname]" with your Minecraft name (do no type [ or ] when you type your name).

    typo?
silentwarrior posted 6 years 34 weeks ago
Edit: do NOT type a " mark before /give, that was a typo by me.

Dig down to bedrock, then climb back up 7 spaces. make 1x3 shafts going for as long as you'd like. When you want to make a new shaft, make sure to space them two blocks apart for maximum efficiency.

Just explore. Dig underground in caves and other areas of stone. You'll eventually find it.

There's also the option of editing the textures of the game. You can actually remove block textures you're not interested in seeing and they will become invisible when you use that texture. Effectively, you'd get X-ray vision.

There are any mining techniques around, but I personally use strip mining. You can find some info about it here:
