Click on the EDIT button under your Avatar image on your profile, from there you want to change one thing on your avatar so the system will save. After you make the change click on SAVE and then click on DONE.
If everything is working right this should fix the image. You may undo any changes you've made to the Avatar and it will save correctly.
How do I delete or edit content I have created?
Click on "edit" tab at top of page you created. You can edit content appearing in box or "delete" with button at bottom of page.
How to access avatar creator when getting error messages?
Best way to solve this issue is to log out of your account completely and log back in, this should refresh all your permissions and allow you to modify your avatar.

Can I return my digital purchases? Digital purchases are not returnable. The numerical game codes that you receive in your email and any associated passwords are not reusable. Once sent to a customer, they can never be sent to another customer.
I am unable to access my account. What do I do? If you find that you are unable to access your account, please be sure that caps lock is off and that you are typing in your correct email address and password. If you forgot your password, we will send you a password reminde email. If you still have trouble signing in, please contact customer support.
How do I change my FanUp password? If you know your password and want to change it, you can do so by clicking edit on your FanUp account page.
What are FanBucks and FanCoins? FanBucks are a virtual cash currency that can be spent in the FanUp store, Avatar Creator, FanBids auctions and in connection with other site features. FanCoins are the FanUp rewards currency which can be earned by participating in community activities. FanCoins can also be spent to buy digital accessories for your Avatar in either the Avatar Creator or the FanBids auction. Your FanBucks and FanCoins will be held in a balance associated with your FanUp account until you use them in exchange for goods and services. FanUp reserves the right to set expiration dates for FanBucks or FanCoins earned as rewards. . It is against FanUp policy for a customer to create multiple accounts in order to receive additional FanBucks or FanCoins. Some of my FanCoins have disappeared from my account, what happened? If you did not spend the FanCoins in the Avatar Creator in an auction or elsewhere, it is possible the FanCoins were deducted from your account after it was discovered you created multiple accounts or content that you posted was deleted from the FanUp site. FanUp content will be deleted if it is deemed by the FanUp community Moderators to be duplicate content, offensive content, spam, inappropriate content, copyrighted content or otherwise in violation of our Terms of Service. If you feel that your coins were deducted in error, please contact customer support and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
Can I create more than one FanUp account? While we do not explicitly prevent you from having more than one account, we do discourage multiple accounts. FanUp may use technologies to verify the number of accounts registering from a household or location. In addition, there are certain promotional and payment offers, including any rewards offered for registering, that are designed for a customer to receive the offer only once. If we determine that a user has attempted to obtain the same promotional offer multiple times, (for example, by creating multiple registration ids), we will turn off access to the account and reserve the right to freeze or disable any FanCoins or FanBucks received through the creation of multiple accounts by the same user.
I lost my Order ID. Can I have a new one or where can I find it? If you forgot to save your Order ID, deleted the email with your Order ID or just do not know how to retrieve it, go to your My Account page to find the transaction record. Your redeemable ESNs will be available there.
I purchased an item in the store, but I didn’t get it? What should I do? FanUp Avatar accessories should automatically appear in your Avatar catalog if you purchased one. In the case of third-party digital goods or currencies sold in the store, you can find your ePin or ESN (Electronic Serial number) by going to the Transactions Tab on you’re My Account page.
I purchased an item through the FanUp store, and I received an ESN. What do I do now? ESN is an Electronic Serial Number provided to you for your purchase through the FanUp Store. There will be redemption instructions in the email you received. Typically there will be a field on the game site where you can type in the code and receive your item.
How do I bid in a FanUp auction? After you register, you can bid with either FanCoins or FanBids on auctions. Different items will allow you to bid with either FanCoins or FanBids. When you make a bid, FanUp will automatically deduct a fee of either 20 FanCoins or 20 FanBucks from your account. FanCoins or FanBids will also be deducted when you make a winning bid in the amount of the final bid.
How do FanBids auctions work? Each bid costs either 20 FanBucks ($0.20) or 20 FanCoins depending upon the item. FanBucks can be purchased on the FanUp store or you can earn them by completing offers or surveys on our Offer Wall. FanCoins can be earned by completing various community activities. Once you bid, these points are spent and are not recoverable. Once the bid is placed, the auction price will go up by an amount specified by the auction administrator, e.g. $0.10. If you are the last bidder when the clock runs out, you will win the auction. At this point, you have purchased the item for the price listed at the end of the auction. The appropriate amount of FanCoins or FanBucks will be deducted from your account.
Do I get the FanBucks or FanCoins I spent on bids back if I lose the auction? No, once you’ve placed a bid with your FanUp currency, you have spent that money and will not get it back.
Are the FanBucks or FanCoins I used to bid deducted from the purchase price? No, the bucks or coins you use to place a bid are a fee charged for bidding and are not deducted from the final purchase price. You must pay the final purchase price in addition to the bidding fees.
How do I get my auction items? If you are bidding on Avatar accessories, these will be added automatically to your personal Avatar catalog. If you are bidding on third party digital goods, once you win an auction, you will receive a confirmation email with the product you purchased just as if you had purchased that item in the FanUp Store. You can also click on “My Profile” and find all the auctions that you’ve won under the “Auctions” tab.
When does an auction end? Each auction ends when the timer reaches zero. This varies auction to auction and also depends on how many users are bidding for an item. During the last seconds of an auction, each time a user bids on an item, the timer increases by a fixed amount to allow other users to bid.
Why is time added to the auction timer? Time is added to the auction timer in the last seconds of an auction each time a user bids to give other users an opportunity to bid on the same item if they are interested.
How does bidding work? Bidding is simple. Move the mouse over the “Bid ” button and click. You will show up as the highest bidder. Each time you are outbid, you will have to click on the “Bid” button again. Each time you bid, either FanBucks or FanCoins will be deducted from your account depending on the type of item you are bidding on.
What payment methods are supported to buy FanBucks? Currently FanBucks can be purchased using PayPal, including PayPal's credit card services, or earned by completing advertising offers or surveys on the FanUp offer wall.
What do I do if I complete an offer but don’t receive my FanBucks? A separate customer support contact link is supplied by the offer provider. Please check for this link on the Offer Wall where you completed the offer and contact the offer provider directly if you are not awarded your points. If the offer provider does not respond to your complaint in a timely manner, say within 48 hours, please notify FanUp customer support so we can look into the issue for you.
How do I check on the status of my offers? You can click on “Earn FanBucks” at any time to check the status of your offers supplied by the offer provider. In some cases it takes several hours or even several days for your offer to be confirmed. At that point, you will be awarded your FanBucks. Your current FanBucks status is always available at the top of the FanUp page or on your My Account page.
What are coupon codes and how do I redeem them? Coupon codes are provided to FanUp customers during special promotions. They can be redeemed for FanBucks or specific items or packages in the store by imputing the code into the field provided during checkout. Typically you can only redeem a coupon once and you can only redeem them one at a time.
How long are coupon codes valid? Coupon codes are valid for varying lengths of time. Please read the Terms & Conditions associated with the specific promotion through which you received the code to find out the expiration dates. Points received through redeeming a coupon code are valid for a fixed period of time, typically 90 or 180 days. You must spend them in that timeframe or lose them.
How do I cancel my account? Since FanUp is free and is not costing you anything if you are not using it, there should be no need to cancel your account. However, if you wish to cancel your account you can send an email to FanUp Customer Support with your cancellation request
