I would suggest you send an email to FanUp Support at support@fanup.com. I can't really comment on this issue as this may be a Paypal reason and if that is the case, then there could be multiple reasons or it could be FanUp. Therefore, send an email stating what happend and what you tried to buy, and everything should get sorted out.
